Zeamans, LLC is a Delaware Company. Zeamans has operated as a Business in The State of Delaware since year 2001. The names Zeamans, LLC and Zeamans.com are used interchangeably on this Agreement. Zeamans, LLC is the sole owner of Zeamans.com.

- Wholesaler: certified And uncertified diamonds.
- Exporter: diamond plus diamond and gold jewelry.
- Jewelry Styles: traditional, antique, hip hop and other latest styles in both ladies and men's products.
Payment Policy
Purchases are made via High Security SSL Encryption on the servers of 2checkout.com. 2checkout accepts most major credit cards. For your security, we do not collect or store any of your credit card details on our server. We also do not have access to your Credit Card Number. Your Order and Shipping information is made available to us on the 2checkout.com website.
If you live in a country where delivery can't be confirmed, this option would not apply. If you are attempting to make a purchase where the shipping address can't be verified, you may experience a delay or no service.

If we are unable to arrive at an agreement, and legal action is taken by either Zeamans.com or the Customer, the Corporate Laws of the State of Delaware will determine a resolution to the problem.. Your account will remain suspended until the disagreement is resolved.
Zeamans, LLC may terminate operation of the website or the network and any portion thereof, including any products or services offered through the website or the network in the event of circumstances beyond our control;. any Warranties or Guarantees set in place will be honored.
Indemnity

Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed and construed according to the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to it's conflicts or choice of law provisions. . There is a 5-day return policy on all of our Jewelry. From the time you receive the Jewelry Item, you have 5 days to accept or reject the item. This means that 5-days after the day you receive the item, the item must be postmarked and in-transit to our facility. Instructions for returns will be provided at the time of purchase.

Except where Specifically Noted Otherwise, our Gold Jewelry contains NO filler. NO plating. Our gold products meet or exceed United States FTC standards for pure, or "plumb," gold (41.7% pure for 10kt gold, 58.5% pure for 14kt gold, and 75% for 18kt gold).
Gemstone Jewelry
We carry Natural Gemstones, Cubic Zirconia Diamonds and Lab Created Gemstones under our Gemstone Jewelry Category. We use 14k Gold and 925 Sterling Silver Settings in our Gemstone Jewelry Collection. Please refer to the Products Item Description for the Gemstone and Setting Type.
Gemstone Treatments
Zeamans.com verifies and attempts to inform its customers about material treatments of the Natural Gemstones we provide our customers. Despite our attempts, it is possible that some forms of material treatments may occur to the Natural Gemstones (excluding diamonds) without our knowledge. If you are not satisfied with your Natural Gemstone purchase, you may return it within 5 days for full refund, excluding return shipping and insurance charges.

Mounting Guarantee
For 8 months from the time of purchase, we guarantee the mounting for your Diamond or Gemstone Purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charge and insurance.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a 5-day return policy. This allows you time to inspect your Jewelry Purchase. Customized Jewelry is not returnable since it cannot be resold.

Entire Agreement
Unless otherwise stated by Zeamans, LLC in writing, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Zeamans, LLC and the user with respect to the subject hereof, and supercedes all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
